OpenSync is a YouTube upload management tool. It allows video editors to upload content to a temporary storage area, where channel owners can review and approve videos before they are published to YouTube.
OpenSync uses the YouTube API Services to upload videos on your behalf. By using OpenSync, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
You are solely responsible for all content uploaded through OpenSync. We do not review, moderate, or endorse any content. You must ensure all uploaded content complies with YouTube's Community Guidelines and applicable laws.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and YouTube channel. OpenSync stores YouTube OAuth tokens in Google Cloud Secret Manager with enterprise-grade encryption. You can revoke access at any time.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions, YouTube API changes, or upload failures.
OpenSync is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to: unauthorized uploads (all uploads require explicit creator approval), YouTube account issues, or content disputes.
